Project Story: Redesign the current customer review experience for all of Walmart.com's item pages. 

Project Goals: Redesign a customer review experience for all of Walmart.com's item pages with the intention to evolve the section into a more interactive, helpful, and resourceful experience. 

I was given the task to "clean up" the current design of the customer reviews section of the item page. I noticed the company could drive sales, reduce returns, and give shoppers the feeling of security by displaying more relevant and helpful data in the review section. By gathering additional data from their verified buyers the customer review section could evolve over time to display pertinent data to a potential buyer.

Project Success: I provided the team with a step by step design solution for increased conversion through customer reviews and ratings.
